Hello, I  submitted my claim at https://iotawalletloss.claims around 16 February and sent this info
also to admin of https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1IOpYdi8x9R0ivpC2Fl75N9iVDXo82py0yybC9nsxV-I/edit#gid=0
but no respond from you side and I don't see my claim in "Iota Wallet loss "google docs .

IOTA wallet loss table was up-dated 1 month ago ! What is going on ???
Are you in contact with iota.org ?
Have you already sent them address of stollen seeds?
Is there any success ?

@Atoiman
This forum is simply a community run platform. All parties involved (IOTA Foundation, the forum, and iotawalletloss) seem to understand the situation, but I'm not personally sure of who is doing what. You'd have to speak with individuals who are actively involved in that process to get any further details.

Dear Winston,
but on this site https://iotawalletloss.claims it is written you are responsible person for this:
" Why is this site here? The IOTA investors, developers, and HODLers asked for help from IOTA Foundation and were told the best response is to gather a list of losses @winston."

so now I am totally lost, who is responsible for this mess ???
if this project of gathering our wallet iota loss colapsed, please just say!

No one is responsible of anything. IOTA Foundation collaborates as much as possible with the police forces that ask for any help. The phishing is not in their responsibility. There is plenty of stuff to work on, so they need to focus on that and not on user errors IMO.
In the meantime, some community members (like winston) created this thread and some other guy created the iotawalletloss website (can't remember who did it, but it's somewhere in this thread). There is no formal stuff being made, only community efforts. If you want to continue the work and take a bit of your time to process the data, you can do it, I am sure people will gladly accept any help regarding that matter.

This guy. STFU. You f*cking negative piece of sh*t. You still didnt post your adress. I am waiting

What was negative about that ? And I am not sure that threatening me will help you in any way. I am also quite sure it's not acceptable in this forum and at the very limit of the law in most civilized countries.

Who owned the website https://IOTASEED.com anyway? Where the f are they now?

Sorry guys but we can't let any of these thieves get away with this. Regardless if its the website owners fault or not they need to take some liability for this injustice.

I had 14,970 IOTA and I want JUSTICE !!!

No, I am still waiting for updates from the law enforcement and the new member of the advisory board (Mr. Jungwirth).

Nobody has given up on it.
But ongoing investigations just aren't a topic for public announcements.
Police and law enforcement authorities can't be rushed.
They need time to investigate, coordinate and whatever else they need to do in an international case like this one.

Just in case you missed it, I made you some snippets from the Dutch Meetup on May 3rd, where Koen Maris (IOTA’s Cyber Security Advisor) talked about the topic for a bit:

Those are great news, thank you for posting Alexa!

I have a hypothetical question: In case that the funds can be "reclaimed" from the seeds of the criminal(s) - What is your guess about how the refund process might look like?
As a person involved, I wonder what is sufficient as proof of ownership

Greetings and thanks in advance.

@Flexe,
there's no way for me to guess what such a process could look like. I'm just a random person like you.
But I always suggest to make sure you keep your seed and all evidence of where your bought your coins from and where you sent them to afterwards (for example safe your trade history and your withdrawal history from your Bitfinex account or wherever you purchased your coins).

I entered my stolen IOTAs twice into iotawalletloss.claims (once months ago, then again weeks ago), but they never showed up on the google-docs-document (even though it is updated regularly).
Maybe I did something wrong?

Here is my data:

Value: 5413.667516 MIOTA (5.41 GIOTA)
Origin: VSQPVFNGBQJMBTHUXDPBVXLUXLRFFLJRRCW9XWNFBFGOICXGANKUQ9CTTPTPVEXJFEADSJOWADTE99WVZFQTKGCZNC
Transferred to: 99RAQFOJ9HEXPDPNX9CXHZYNWSTJMEEUQFUPVGNAGAKDXTEMQOLHJBNNEGVQXVWELTQFUSUDTHFJQLQB9QQXTADZXZ
Date: January 19, 2018
Purchased from: Bitfinex

Thanks to everybody involved in trying to solve the issue!!

Hi @MilhouseSimpson,
welcome to HelloIOTA!

In order to get an answer to your question, I suggest you send an e-mail to: info@iotawalletloss.claims.

Independently of this, please make sure to keep your old seed and all evidence of where your bought your coins from and where you sent them to afterwards (for example safe your trade history and your withdrawal history from your Bitfinex account or wherever you purchased your coins). You might need this for proof of ownership if the thief ever gets caught...

I'm very sorry that you've lost your funds!

Hi @PickleNick,
thanks for your post!
Posting your info here a second time isn't going to help much with getting them back though.

What you can do yourself is to file a claim with your local (cybercrime) police and hope that the thief gets caught.
If the thief ever gets caught, you will have to provide proof that those stolen coins belong to you.
So even if you don't want to involve the police, please make sure to keep your seed and all evidence of where your bought your coins from and where you sent them to afterwards (for example safe your trade history and your withdrawal history from your Bitfinex account or wherever you purchased your coins).

If you scroll up a bit to my post from 2 weeks ago you can watch the videos to see so what the IF has to say about the theft cases.

Thanks for your reply! I'm not gonna file a claim at my local police office. But I will make sure to save my transaction history and have everything prepared if the day comes.

Hello everyone and thank you so much for doing this.

I just noticed (after 4 month) that my IOTA were stolen from my account.

I am just a regular guy who invested in IOTA so I can't really explain the technicals but hopefully the screenshot says enough. Let me know if it confirms the theft of my funds. Thanks

Hi @Lazno,
welcome to HelloIOTA!

Unfortunately this does look a lot like other thefts we've seen here. If you did not make this transaction yourself, your funds appear to be stolen.
There's not much you can do now, except to file a claim with your local (cybercrime) police and hope that the thief gets caught.

Hello,
I purchased 230Mi back in March, and just tried to open with my seed and it says 0 balance.
in the transfer history, a day after the funds were deposited to
DDZMFSOKQQDOAWOBBRTWXQMWGPNBBSZJKZXPIRGRKDBWHNBPJGTJZTMTSQANUTQTCKAOLBYFUFYAMTJMZUNHTTBZOW
it shows they were sent to:
LDTBGXN9KXLNWFJNEJQFSKCWESOBWXUOIHIZEVGRLRQZQOSSRMDZHOVFQN9SXICZRHXGFJQCXZGXZGKPWTID9RJVXW
Hash:
VRTLGAC9PHFQLTVYJSMSFAZCMURPAYOZUPUXGGBRQUXBLAIVMSJGBBACPUPHWAVBF9DNPKIZPBBPZ9999
Following this trail, it seems like the IOTA’s were moved around and eventually converted to USD.
Any help or direction would be appreciated
