Can you please provide transaction hashes and/or addresses so we can look at them in a tangle explorer? It'll be difficult to assist you without those.

For testing purposes I did send 100 iotas to Binance a month ago and that worked. Then I transferred the balance and thats when it stopped transferring!
Is there anyway to send my iotas minus the 20 Mi ?

@Ramonscorpio, I may have misunderstood you. If this is you sending 2.14Gi TO Binance, and not FROM Binance, then yes, you would be the one who would need to re-send the funds.

To do this, you'd need to create a double spend with the cli-app https://github.com/iotaledger/cli-app

You'll need a node which does proof of work for you. Look for the nodes with PoW checked here: http://iota.dance/nodes

*Note: Every time you do a double spend/reuse your key, you weaken the security on your address. Once you do the double spend, you'll want to promote that transaction as well to get it to confirm quicker.

Hi @Ramonscorpio, I'll do my best to break it down.

1. Install nodejs (http://nodejs.org)
2. Install official command line wallet: `npm -g install iota-cli-app`
3. Start it with `iota-cli`
4. Find a node that does remote Proof of Work (try one of the two with the check here: http://iota.dance/nodes )
5. Type `node thatnode.url`
6. Type `minWeightMagnitude 14`
7. Type `seed YOURSEED` then wait for it to retrieve all data - when it does your prompt will change to the balance, i.e. (`iota (http://localhost:14265 ?) 840404044i`
8. Send all iota to new address on new seed with `transfer NEWADDRESS 840404044

@Ramonscorpio, I'm not too familiar with Macs, but I assume there is a way for you to run command line as an administrator? Maybe right click to do it? Or, since Macs work kind of like Linux, you could try: sudo npm install -g iota-cli-app

let me ask you this, so the problem is that my wallet is short of 20 iotas because of a double spend that somehow happened right?
What if i was to deposit 20 iotas back into the wallet? would that fix the problem?

@Ramonscorpio, technically, yes. If you did send 20 Mi into your address that is 20 Mi short, then the bundle could be replayed and validated. It has to be sent to the address that is 20Mi short, not just some random address in your wallet. However, as soon as you put any funds on an address which has already had a spend from it, that address is vulnerable to being stolen. If you do decide to go that route and put funds (from a different seed) onto that address to replenish the balance enough to get your bundle to confirm, you'll want to then promote/reattach the bundle in your wallet to get it to confirm before anyone steals your iota off that address.

@Ramonscorpio, if you're going to go that route instead of the cli-app route, you'll need to send 20Mi, from a DIFFERENT seed/wallet, to EPGAGKKQGRSAMQFQORAMJKUAHMVAZHJGADPIYAINQYALHQRFEZCF9SIBNYHECKHFHZBKJOGUVGJFLJNOC

Then, once that 20Mi is confirmed, you can reattach/promote your original transaction. It is important to send the 20Mi from a different wallet/seed so you don't create another double spend and make it even more complex. I'd suggest just grabbing an extra 20Mi off of an exchange if you don't have a second seed with some Miotas on it.
