Hi all 
i have been reading alot of issues with regards to withdrawels via bitfinex - am based in the UK and it did take 2 days to send to bitfinex and another 9 days for them to reply to my support ticket - but thats seperate issue.

am pretty new to this but i was wantng to get some info on selling via bitfinex. if i sell - do i incur any fees or charges ? 

does my balance update instantly to allow me to buy iota/btc again via bitfinex.

anyone any experience on this - i know its a simplistic/novice question but has anyone sold and rebought and whats the impact ?

You can check bitfinex fees on their website: https://www.bitfinex.com/fees
Anyways, they keep 0.1% as makers fee (adding an ask or a bid to the orderbook) or 0.2% as takers fee (selling or buying instantly). If you trade a lot, you can get discounts as you can see on the linked page.
If you sell and rebuy at the same price level, you will lose 0.2% to 0.4% of your iotas. But usually it is not a good idea to do that, unless you expect a bullish trend. If you are hesitant, don't sell and rebuy, simply hodl. iota is currently best for longer term, because it is still in its infancy.
