i withdraw iota from binance to okex but i used previous withdraw adress. because binance allowed me to save my previous withdraw address so i couldn't understand the system...

i wrote the txid of wrong transaction. so, if you have a chance please help me and refund my iotas to me.

i opened but they said they can't help. but they created first deposit and second deposit addresses also. can't they do this?

Unfortunately, if Okex refuses to help you, there's nothing anyone can do about that.
Maybe you could ask them why they can't credit your deposit? If there's any good reason for this, they should be able to explain it to you.
I know that Binance has helped people in similar situations, why not Okex?
