Hi I don't know enough about MAM, but I'm wondering if it could be used as a means for public voting. Do I understand it correctly that, 1) if a 0tx message is sent to an address, and the receiving address has any current value the message(s) will be stored even though snapshots? Also that 2) the receiving address do not have any upper limit to how many messages it could receive= From what I read the messages sent to the receiving address are encrypted, but 3) are there any way of publicly showing what messages has been sent to a receiving address without disclosing any keys or such?
I'm thinking that, a non 0 value address would hold something to vote on, and 0tx transactions could be made as votes. If I'm misunderstanding anything or if this would be a bad way to do it, I'd be happy to hear opinions and thoughts.
