I am currently in the process of potentially creating a new kind of blockchain. Whilst I understand how Blockchain works, there are some technical issues that I am not certain about. Hence, I wanted to ask if somebody is willing to speak to me over Skype on whether the sort of changes I want to make to the existing kinds of blockchain/DAGs can be made and the approximate cost of such an endeavour?
