Alright, this is your transaction's bundle on the tangle explorer: https://thetangle.org/bundle/OI9XAVIJC9ABELBNEUPP9OWG9ULGUKQCC9GIHRIFUVPZFGYXTJZWTLVHYVIDIJDNQXHJYNRSIPBFSYHPZ
On the top of the right side, you can see that you did send 100 IOTA, not 100 MIOTA.
On the left side, you see which address the funds were sent from. This address was holding 968.58 MIOTA, which is 968.580.000 IOTA.
So, you do have 100 MIOTA, you almost even have 1 GIOTA!
On the bottom of the right side, you see that the remainder of your transaction has been sent to the next address of your own wallet.
It does this automatically to prevent private key reuse, like it's explained here: https://matthewwinstonjohnson.gitbooks.io/iota-guide-and-faq/how-addresses-work.html
I know the units can be very confusing. Especially with exchanges using different tickers each. Some call them "MIOTA", some "IOTA", some even call them "IOT", which makes no sense at all...
But all exchanges do trade the coins in MIOTA, no matter what they call them. Here's the conversion chart for you to get familiar with the units:
To get your transaction confirmed, you need to reattach it if it hasn't been confirmed after 30 minutes.
I can see that you already tried this without any luck, so I pushed it through for you on https://www.iotareatta.ch/
Worked within less than 5 minutes with this node: https://cvnode.codeworx.de:443.
Please let me know if you have any more questions!
